Archaeology Graduates of the University of Jaffna will possess a critical view based on the origin of humen,\u00a0<\/strong>the humen past and other archaeological heritage. They will be familiarized with how laboratory examinations of materials found in archaeological research lead to an increased analytical understanding of the period, place, culture and or event in question and how to investigate the social, historical and cultural contexts of archaeological research using multi \u2013 disciplinary research, drawing on a wider range of other disciplines. They will have the ability to apply theoretical and scientific principles and concepts to archaeological problems.
