A group of undergraduate students from the Department of History participated in a workshop on Epigraphy<\/em>, jointly organized by the Department of Hindu Religious and Cultural Affairs and the University of Peradeniya. The workshop was conducted over four days, from the 7th to the 10th of June 2025, at the University of Peradeniya. A total of ten students, accompanied by a temporary lecturer miss.T.Thivasini from the department, took part in this academic event. Students from the Department of History took an active role in the TikTok-Style Short Video Awareness Competition focused on “Wellbeing Awareness,” which was organized by the WeBe Cell of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, in partnership with Shanthiham \u2013 Association for Health and Counselling, on 21 November 2025.The team, consisting of Miss S.
