Workshops
- Participated in the Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme on Learning Gender, conducted by the Centre for Gender Equity and Equality (CGEE) at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jaffna, on 12 November 2025.
- Participated in the Workshop on “Digitalizing Research & Education Content on LEARN FOSS Free Open Cloud Platform,” organized by the Lanka Education and Research Network (LEARN), held from 8th to 12th September 2025 at the Information Technology Center, University of Peradeniya. She was nominated to attend this highly competitive program, which received over 100 nominations, and was selected for the first round of the workshop.
- Workshop on exploring the legacy of Edward Said, the renowned PalestinianAmerican scholar. The session, headed by eminent historians Dr. Shamara Wettimuny and Prof. Nira Wickramasinghe , offered a deep dive into Said’s critical contributions to postcolonial theory, literature, and historical narratives, highlighting the enduring impact of his ideas on contemporary cultural and historical critique, in the BMICH

- Resource Person On 9 August,2025 acted as a Resource Person for Day 02 of the Gender and History Workshop at the International Centre for Ethnic Studies (ICES), Colombo 8. Delivered a session on Gender Construction in the Colonial Period in Sri Lanka, with particular emphasis on Northern Tamil women.
